The purpose of the Coalition for Global Hearing Health is to advocate for effective hearing health services and policies, to equip and empower hearing healthcare professionals, families, educators, communities and those with hearing loss, and to encourage and perpetuate best practices. These activities contribute to our Mission Statement to promote and enhance hearing health services in low-resource communities.
Since 2010 we have convened an annual conference to bring together people from around the world who are interested in improving hearing health care in low-resource communities. Presentations, posters, and instructional sessions by hearing health experts from around the world will be featured on the program.
All sessions at the conference will be in English.
We hope to be able to welcome you to our 8th annual conference to be held on the beautiful campus of the University of Miami (Coral Gables Campus): Donna Shalala Student Activity Center in Miami, USA. The address of the conference center is 1330 Miller Dr, Miami, FL.
Please note: The site of the conference meetings and hotel accommodations are two separate locations. Please plan on travel time between the two locations. Transportation is not provided back and forth between the hotel and the conference center. Transportation options include taxi cabs, Uber, Lyft, and the metrorail.
